I am having my wedding in a marquee in the garden at home do I need a temporary entertainment licence A licence would only be required for a private wedding party if the host took the unusual step of charging his guests to attend and with a view to making a profit.
Can you play music between sets Yes, we have a standard Ipod selection of music we play between set alternativly we are happy to play your own selection of ipod music.
Can you play in a venue that has Sound limiting equipment Yes a sound limiter at a venue is not a problem provided we know in advance so we can vary the equipment we need to bring.
Do you allow guests to sing with the band? Its your evening, if you agree we are happy to accommodate.
How do I pay the full amount? Either by cash on the day or by cheque or bank transfer to clear before the date
How much deposit do you require? We normally ask for 10% of the full fee.
Do you carry public liability insurance and is your equipment PAT tested? Many venues ask for this requirement we are of course insured and our equipment is PAT tested once a year.
Can you arrange things with the venue direct? We are happy to deal direct with the venue or wedding organiser please let us know their contact details.
Do you require food during the evening? We do not expect you to feed us but its appreciated if you could either supply a light snack (a plate of sandwiches) or let us know in advance so we can make alternative arrangement especially if your venue is remote.
Our wedding breakfast is in the room you will be playing ! can you set up before the breakfast? Yes this is usual we like to be set and ready in plenty of time for you to enjoy the day.
We would like a special request for our first dance can you play it? We know most of the usual first dance numbers if we don't know it we will learn it for you.
How long do you play for? Our live performances are best split into 2 sets of one hour or 3 sets of 40 minutes with a disco in between sets. We have pre-recorded music for the disco which can be of your own choice by prior arrangement (please telephone 07711 432598 to arrange)
